/welcomerleave – Admin command to test the leave message.
welcomer.admin– Users with this permission can use the admin commands.
welcomer.ignore– Users with this permission will not be welcomed.
Customize as many permission based message groups as you want for VIPs, Admins, etc. Each group can have their own specific join/leave messages.
