Translate a single plugins messages:

translate <PluginName> <From Folder> <To Folder> – Translates a single plugins messages from the specified language to another.
For example translate ImageLibrary en ru will translate the ImageLibrary English messages to Russian.

translate <PluginName> <From Folder> all – Translates a single plugins messages from the specified language all config enabled languages.
For example translate ImageLibrary en all will translate the ImageLibrary English messages to all of the enabled languages.

Translate every plugin with a single command (Excluding the config ignore list):

translateall <From Folder> <To Folder> – Translates every plugins messages from the specified language to another.
For example translateall en ru will translate every plugins English messages to Russian.
